Macarondue (or the usual macaroni with cheese fondue)

i say this dish summarizes my last five years.

The satisfaction-guaranteed macaroni-fondue mix can be summoned in less than half an hour. Hence its nature of existence, it needs minimum attention and concentration while cooking as well as consuming. Keep it as your secret weapon against an unappeasablely hungry crowds.


Macarondue (3-4 person)
500 g macaroni of your choice
1 pack of cheese fondue mix
1/3 cup schnapps
favorite spices to taste
salt
Cook macaroni in boiling salty water until it is slightly more than al dente. Drain and rinse. Pour the cheese fondue to a sauce pan and stir it until it becomes smooth and sexy, and then add schnapps. Pour macaroni and fondue to a heat-resistant container, add spices and bake it about 15 minutes in 125ºC. That’s it! Enjoy it warm and in good company. Bon appétit!


nice recipe. but i dont know how to find instant cheese fondue. instead of that which ingredient shall i use?

oooh how delicious it was! i was a bit concerned with what ones ‘favorite spices’ entails, as the chef failed to serve himself a portion of this treat… nevertheless after pointing out this fact and a jolly ‘oh teehee.. let me grab a bowl’ was had- all enjoyed.. free of poisoning… and left wondering if this was a royal treatment children of this land grew up on.. rather than the powdered orange stuff. * * * * *’s

Ricordati nei tuoi prossimi piatti speciali di Antonio Gramsci e Pier Paolo Pasolini (anche perchè è l’unica cosa che si riesce a vendere, dopo il crash Berlusconi). Il tuo sito è bello. La ragazzi coi broccoli verdi è stimolante perfino per un ultra-sessantenne come me.
